Went to this place in Sept was approved and left with a 2014 Venza … 3 weeks went by and I was called to say the bank needed a cosigner so I provided them one the same day. I called 2 weeks later to follow up on my plates and come to find the sales rep that assisted me NO longer work there.. Hmm wonder WHY!! Spoke to the manager Felipe and he said he will find out the status with financing. A week went by no call so I called them again and come to find out that the bank they were trying didn’t approve me nor the cosigner. REALLY!! And NO one calls to say anything so I asked them to return my vehicle and they can have their car back as I do not have the time for this non sense they said,..o.. Come in and we got you approved so I go and yea they got me approved only to lease. SMH!! . We are Now in November and now I’m approved only because for 1 they messed up BIG Time … so now I’m only approved to lease with their own company cause they had no choice … I MUST say all these people worry about is to make a sale and commission. I will NEVER go here or recommend any one and if you do go make sure you have it in black & white that you are approved before taking a vehicle. My Experience caused me to report this to Better Business. More

When the sales person asked to give him the keys so they can evaluate the '09 RAV4, which was the beginning of the lies. They never evaluated the car & gave us a trade in value much lower than what we aske can evaluate the '09 RAV4, which was the beginning of the lies. We were called back and at that time gave $1,000 down to secure a car that they had in another sister dealership (Galaxy Toyota) in Eatontown, NJ. When we were going to accept the car we were told that the car had been sold. Then another car they claimed was the same was brought to us. We tried to negotiate but we again told many lies. We finally accepted the car. Whenever we call the dealership, we would never get called back except for Alex (one of the sales mgrs.). We were not pleased with the whole experience and would not recommend this place to our worst enemy. More
