At first I thought I was getting a great deal, in reality, it was probably a fair deal. What you need to know about the dealership is according to NJDMV, they charged me double for plates I was never reality, it was probably a fair deal. What you need to know about the dealership is according to NJDMV, they charged me double for plates I was never going to use. I was going to get "Price of Honor" plates(for fallen police officer's families). Toyota Universe told me they could not order me "Price of Honor" plates, but would reimburse me the $80 for the plates as soon as I piked them up. I went to NJDMV to pick up the "Price of Honor" plates the day the original plates were ready. I picked up two sets of plates, the ones that Toyota Universe ordered for me and overcharged me for by twice the amount they should have, and the "Price of Honor" plates, which were the only plates I put on my new Sienna. The clerk at NJDMV told me that I was overcharged for the original plates and should go to NJ Consumer Affairs Division about being charged double for the first set of plates. She also told me there was no need to purchase the original plates at all, that Toyota Universe knowing I was going to get the "Price of Honor" plates should have NEVER ordered the original plates, as I still needed to go and pick up either set of plates the same day at NJDMV. The only thing they accomplished was ripping me off. I've tried countless times contacting them on the phone and eve going down to the dealership. After spending over 25K on a minivan, they screwed me for $80 on plates and $170 overpayment. I hope they're proud of ripping me off! Toyota Universe is great at not returning phone calls. Google them and see what others say about experiences they've had with the sales and service dept. Also, it took me over 3 hours from the time I entered the dealership to leaving with the car. Do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else, they stink as a dealership, and I regret ever stepping foot and purchasing a new vehicle there! More

Steve Kalas is a good salesman. He helped me find the vehicle that I needed. I went to his dealership looking for a minivan and he took all of my needs and wants into consideration and we discovered tha vehicle that I needed. I went to his dealership looking for a minivan and he took all of my needs and wants into consideration and we discovered that I really need a Toyota Rav 4 Sport Utility Vehicle. The Rav 4 is just the right size for me and my needs. It is very comfortable and it rides beautifully. Unfortunately, I was unable to buy the vehicle due to a nix by my financial advisor, but there is always next year. I will manage until I need the Rav 4 for certain and I will see Steve when I am ready to buy. He is so friendly and he doesn't use a high pitched sales pitch to make a sale. I do not like to be pressured to buy anything so Steve is my man. More
