Second time around I have tried to get a car from Nissan and they gave me the run around. the staff was very disrespectful and did not listen to my needs. David was extremely professional, personable and never pressured me once! David kept in contact with me throughout the process and went to great lengths to ensure that my purchase went through without issue. The entire staff is warm and friendly and do a great job of keeping staying in touch even a couple of months after the sale has been completed. I've never owned a Toyota (or any car for that matter) before this but this experience will almost certainly make me a future Toyota Universe customer. More
