I just wanted to say that my wife and I were in the market for a used Toyota Sienna. We went to three dealerships before coming into Toyota Universe. We hadn't thought of purchasing a new car until w market for a used Toyota Sienna. We went to three dealerships before coming into Toyota Universe. We hadn't thought of purchasing a new car until we saw that if we sacrificed some additions we'd have wanted in an older minivan, we could have a brand new body style as well as purchase a 6 year warranty. We chose the new Sienna. It's a basic model, however with four kids and three dogs, (we've seen what the dogs can do to a leather interior) we felt we couldn't go wrong. We just took two of our kids to college and then a vacation with the remaining two kids and all three dogs. We're so glad we decided on a cloth interior, and the new body style! After seeing how unprofessional the other car dealerships were, we so pleasantly surprised on the professionalism and how nice Giuseppe and the rest of the staff were! I know this sounds like we work or are related to someone at the dealership, we do not. We did however go to other dealers in the area and can tell you the only reason we purchased at Toyota Universe was the way they treated us from the start! I highly recommend Giuseppe and Toyota Universe for purchasing a Toyota! Thank you! David and Susan More

I decided on visiting Toyota Universe when I received a post-bankruptcy offer from the dealership. I knew I had to replace my ten year old Dodge, and did some online research on the Toyota Camry. I had r post-bankruptcy offer from the dealership. I knew I had to replace my ten year old Dodge, and did some online research on the Toyota Camry. I had received similar offers from other dealers, but chose Little Falls due to its proximity to work. Everyone at the dealership prior to my visit was very gracious and helpful. The online manager was very helpful with setting up my appointment. My consultant ended up being Mr. Pugliese, who was very courteous, helpful and informative. He executed the whole purchasing process in a very expedient and knowlegable fashion. I arrived at the dealership at around five pm and was finished with my purchase by nine thirty! That beats every other experience (4) I've had by three to four hours! A testiment to the whole team, which also included the finance manager, Jose and Ian, who assisted me with some of the decision making process with informative facts. Nice job by everyone involved, especially Mr. Pugliese, whom I would recommend to anyone I know thinking about a Toyota! More
