I have one word to say about Toyota Universe, AWESOME!!! I mostly say that because of my honest, friendly, and down to earth salesman, Randall Juba. He was great right from the start. On top of that Randall offered my wife a free I-Pad2. We could not believe it, even after that too good to be true deal an I-Pad too! I would and am going to recomend Toyota Universe to everyone I can! I also will most definitely recommend Randall Juba, for exceptional customer service and his vast knowledge of all Toyota vehicles. This is my first time buying a car and Randall made it extremely easy for me. He was easy to work with, honest, and friendly. I felt like he was generally trying to give me the best deal possible. He even gave me a full tank of gas and got my car detailed before I left. After I got my car home I noticed that my car was driving a little funny; he told me that I should take it back to the dealer and that they would fix whatever was wrong with it. He brought a tow truck to my house because he didn’t want me driving it. Then the next day after the problem was fixed he took it upon himself to drive it to my house personally and made sure that I didn’t have any more problems with it. I would recommend this Randall Juba to anyone that needs to buy a car. More

I had the best saleman ever his name is Giuseppe Pugliese. He was friendly and nice. It was over a 100 degrees out and he had no problem going out and showing me cars. When I left the dealership with my new car I forgot my plates on the car I traded in, and in the heat he went out and got my plates for me. The next day I realized I didn't take my cds out of the player in the car i traded in, and he was nice and went and got them for me to. Giuseppe is a great salman and great person i would recommed him to my family and friends and anyone looking for a new car. Thanks Toyota for hiring such a great employee. More
