I was extremly happy when I went to purchase my 4runner from toyota universe. I was greeted by a young lady who to my surprise, was my sales person. Her name was jessie. I have brought several cars in my life but I had never bought one from a female sales person. She was very friendly and knowledable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. She made me feel really comfortable throught the process. Jessie offered me coffee and was consistent in letting me know what was going to happen next. She did not make me feel pressured in any way. She got me exactly what I wanted. Angelo her manager stepped in to negotiate price with me and I ended up with the payments I was looking for. They were both very professional. The whole process was quick and comfortable. No haggling involved thank god. Not to mention the dealership was very presentable. They had coffee and hot dogs and parking was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

What a farse place this is. I agreed to buy a car on Wednesday, left a deposit the same evening. Then on Saturday I was told that used car dept manager sold my car to someone else. My salesman, Michael Giglio has only been with the dealership for a short time, but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in. I normally hate buying new cars, the back and forth is very annoying to myself and anyone that decides to go along with me. Normally buying a car is a very time consuming process, but Thomas told me the time table he was going to follow, and he stuck to it. He made the experienc very pleasant and pain free. When you call these managers and leave messages to have them call you back, they NEVER do. Promises to fix damage to vehicle NEVER get done even after FOUR WEEKS have gone by.
