On Thursday June 24, 2010, by the request of Mr. Singh. I responded to Toyota Universe on US Highway 46, in Little Falls, NJ. I provided Mr. Singh with the receipt for the service which was made by another mechanic. Mr. Singh advised me that he will forward the request for reimbursement to the upper management. I will be waiting for a response hopefully a good one.

The manager Mr. Singh called me up and showed compassion and requested the receipt for the repairs I made. But they never paid me. I paid 3700.00 for repairs that the dealership should of covered.

Honoring the contract you wrote would have been a good start, but you chose not to do that. My issues were resolved a few hours after I left your dealership and bought my new truck somewhere else. I love my new truck, and I loved not dealing with your "protocols" at the other dealership.
