This dealership engages in misleading customers in sales tactics, adds hidden fees, lack if transparency and has some of the worst customer service This dealership engages in misleading customers in sales tactics, adds hidden fees, lack if transparency and has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they refuses to take responsibility. If you sign a contract with them, expect to be ignored when issues arise. Here is what they did to me: An undisclosed $4000.00 or $5000.00 markup was added to the MSRP-. They lied about the money factor(interest rate equivalent). Toyota Financial and the dealership blamed each other instead of giving me a straight answer. They refused to provide a breakdown of my lease Gross Capitalized cost ($48,718.83) why? Because they know their numbers don't add up. They lied about GAP insurance, I asked them to remove it, and they falsely claimed it was "FREE" and "couldn't be removed". they charged me $1200.00 for it! they later promised to remove it but never did...I had to call the company myself before the 30 days deadline. College rebate for $500.00: the finance manager lied and said I had already received it...when I hadn't. The GM only gave me a check for it after I caught them in the lie. The dodged my calls and emails after signing. Once they have your money, you don't exist to them. They copy-paste fake apologies to bad reviews instead of actually fixing problems. The worse service dept ever. ... nobody cares in the service department you could be standing there forever and no one even asked can I help you or what's going on. But they do know how to play on their phone stand in the corner and talk to all the girls though. Terrible I wasted an hour in this place tonight and no one even took my car it's still sad exactly where I left it where I check in. And then on top of it the assistant manager comes out and says your car is being worked on and I said no it's not my car is still sitting here nobody knows their butt from their elbow in that place. Worst experience ever in the service department I will never go back there again I never had my service I took my keys and I left awful so disgusted and disrespected I pay good money for service and I'm not putting any more of my money in Little Falls. I have so much more to write about my experience there tonight but it's a lot. Such an awful experience awful place people don't care that work there. More
