We were ready to purchase a Toyota Tacoma, and spoke to John Cuevas when the truck was delivered to come and see it. I asked the price, and he said it was $40,871, as advertised on cars.com. Once my brother and I got there, we weren't greeted by anyone, we stood there while workers passed us, including the manager, until I asked for John. The manager finally walked over and said John was just the phone guy that got us in the door, and we had to talk to a sales person, Roberto. We were ready to make the deal when Roberto returned after talking to his manager to tell us the truck was now being sold for $48,000. We said John gave us the price over the phone and how can they just jack it up once we got there, and he said it was only the MSRP and they decided to sell it for much more. We got up and walked out. When I called John to discuss it, he said that he never told me the price. How does a dealer just jack up the price once you're in there?!?! Very shady dealership, with no integrity or character, and only care about making money no matter how they go about doing it. They don't care about YOU! Will never buy anything from them, and will go out of my way to tell all my friends and family in NJ to make sure they never go there either! More

Where to begin, total scam artists. I saw this car priced awesome, images were perfect, car fax totally clean, as you can see in all the screenshots below. They pull the car out front for me to see, and the WHOLE DRIVER side is wrecked, side swiped by another car, total body damage, at least $5k worth of body repairs. I lost my mind. I asked for a manager, some big jacked guy, totally not people person, with the straightest face, asks me what the problem is. As if I need to explain the situation. They put images of a car in perfect condition with a clean car fax, and they are trying to sell me a total body damaged car. I wish i took pictures of the actual car, which they removed right away before the manager even came to speak to me. Not 1% of remorse or apology for what they did, the manager pretended like this is normal. I expect this from a used car dealer, not from an official Toyota dealer, let alone one of their own cars. Biggest bait and switch ever. More
