Would give zero stars if I could. This place is amateur hour. I spoke to Mike from customer service on the phone. Explained to him my lease trade in (negative equity and remaining This place is amateur hour. I spoke to Mike from customer service on the phone. Explained to him my lease trade in (negative equity and remaining payments), gave him all the numbers, told him I have a 1.5 hour drive out to him so he should please confirm they can wash the negative equity and remaining payments, he puts me on hold 3 times to talk to a manager and comes back and confirms it because they have July 4 incentives and dealer thresholds they need to hit so they’ll do it. So I drive out. I show up and sit with them for 2 hours waiting for the “approval” and they come back with a monthly lease payment that’s almost double what Mike quoted me on the phone. Because I have negative equity and payments. Which is exactly why I had Mike confirm it all before I started driving. They didn’t even try to come down and meet me at a reasonable number. What an embarrassment for a top rated dealership. More
