This "would" have been my first visit to this service center to get Oil change for my Highlander Limited. To save some money I found coupon on their service center website and chose to book an appointmen center to get Oil change for my Highlander Limited. After booking online I gave them call just to confirm if promo is still valid ,final price for syntehtic oil change. Lady attending my phone call was very rude. She insisted that I should give her all my details before appointment is booked. I tried reasoning with her that I can either register it online or when I am at service center, will share my detail for registration. But she kept insisting that only she can complete the registration. Why it is needed, dont understand. Anyways, next day another guy called me asking that I downloaded coupon from their site and if I am coming to visit service center I confirmed I have appointment for friday and he asked why I have different cellphone number on appointment. Weired. As people says, 1st impression is last impression, I decided to cancel my appoitment and not to take risk taking my car since Dont want any trouble and headache just to save 20 bucks. Instead I will go to dealership which is rite next to my house instead of driving 45 minutes More
