Was quoted a price with on line sales rep with zero percent financing. After waiting hours to sit down with Finance was told zero percent did not apply because the price they quoted me included the re percent financing. After waiting hours to sit down with Finance was told zero percent did not apply because the price they quoted me included the rebate despite my email clearly stating I wanted the zero financing. Quality of car itself looked used despite it only having less than 10 miles many people could be overheard arguing while I was there and overall experience felt second rate. I made the mistake of giving a deposit before finalizing with finance and it took weeks to get money back. Only helpful person was from accounting. More
