My vehicle was involved in a hit&run accident not too long ago. My insurance body shop fixed the front wheel alignment recently because prior to that, I took the vehicle to the dealership a few weeks after the accident and they detected that the alignment was off. I brought it in today to confirmed if it was indeed fixed by the insurance body shop. The spanish speaking woman who they set me up with the appointment was so unprofessional and ignorant claiming that body shops don’t fix alignment and kept saying they can fix it for $199 for the rear wheels. I told her I had paperwork proving all of this and why are we going back and forth with this? So much attitude and condescending as if I don’t know what I was talking about. Why would I pay $199 just to fix the rear wheel when I can have the insurance fix it for free or find the nearest shop that will cost me $70? 2 weeks ago, they tried to short me some weathertech car rugs that I paid full price for and they had to ship the other piece to me. They hire anybody here. I used to enjoy coming here and tipped them but Never again.
