Waited 3 hours then was told to take car home, unfixed! Was a walk in. Service representative made me wait 15 minutes standing beside him without a single greeting orna response to a hello. Told him my air conditioner wasn't working and he told me my Toyotacare wouldn't cover it, fine. Told me he'd call me when it's done but never gave me a time estimate. Waited in the waiting area 2 hours before someone, a different representative, told me they are still working on it and it will take more time because a/c needs special technicians. Waited another hour, was the last one in the dealership and when the original representative walked by and saw me he told me the car would be out soon. I asked since it was such a long wait was it a major issue, he said he'd go ask and find out. Came back 10 minutes later and told me they can't fix the car tonight. He told me he's bringing the car out front and I need to come back. I told him why wasn't I updated earlier if it wasn't getting fixed, why make me wait 3 hours without any information and send me home without nothing done. He had no response. He told me he'd get my car and comes back 20 minutes later with the keys and points at the car parked out in the parking lot, can't even pull it up for me. When I made a complaint to the remaining service manager or person in charge there that I'd have to write a poor review about service my service representative started defending himself suddenly with a nervous look on his face telling his manager he gave me updates, "I told him I'd go check on his car before." I replied back, "That's not an update! You only checked because I asked for the status of my car. You never checked on it or told me anything before I asked. That's why I'm leaving with nothing done after waiting 3 hours." Don't ever come to this dealership for service if you can avoid it but if you must come, never accept Maurice as your representative. More
