worst car dealership , I went to Toyota Universe looking for a used/certified car, the salesman (Juan P Gamarra) was rude while discussing my options and had no knowledge , I went to Toyota Universe looking for a used/certified car, the salesman (Juan P Gamarra) was rude while discussing my options and had no knowledge about their inventory, he was not able to recommend a single car that met my requirement, I ended up having to show him a few car I saw on their website on my mobile phone, also the price which was listed on their website was 15K but the salesman told me it would cost me a total of 19K (which he was unable to explain why). also he was selling me a 3-4 year old model used car for almost the same price as a brand new car. Do not go to this dealership its a waste of your time, money and energy the salesman lacked knowledge about cars,price, inventory as well as customer etiquette. More
