Worst service center ever I have been coming to this dealership to buy my car and get it serviced for many years now. It feels as if their care for our cars has gone down the d I have been coming to this dealership to buy my car and get it serviced for many years now. It feels as if their care for our cars has gone down the drain. They lose a simple hydraulic part and when I ask why my glove box doesn’t gracefully open and just drops they tell me “ oh that’s just how the model is” like really they made me question if it was actually like that. After looking up videos on my model i realized that I was right and there was a part missing. I go in to get the part another day installed and after a hour and half they tell me we tried fitting one but it didn’t work so we had to order it. It’ll come tomorrow. Like what the xxxx. And the service rep tells me “ oh someone else probably lost the part”. Like what gives I only go to their service center so clearly it had to happen when I last serviced with them. I do not recommend this dealer at all. This is going to be the last time i give my car to them. More
