Terrible customer service and unprofessional I can't believe this place has over four star reviews. I would be suspicious. I leased a hylander from here, standard experience. My lease is up in August and we are expecting our third and wanted to see the Sequoia. We told the guy we leased from several times that we were coming to look at the Sequoia. We get there- let's look at the new hylander..ugh ok but we are really here to see the Sequoia. He goes to get the keys and we are outside. Comes back with keys for hylander and says there is no Sequoia. What? I am ready to leave but then he says his manager has a Sequoia we can drive. Ok, let's see it. The guy goes in to get the keys and another guy comes out (his manager) and says the Sequoia is VERY expensive and are we sure we can afford it as we are leasing a hylander. The nerve. Yes, we are educated buyers and know the price of the car. The original guy comes out with the key and we head to the ONLY Sequoia on the lot. It is beyond dirty. Hand lotion, deodorant, trash debris is everywhere. As I am doing my "test drive" I swear to God a handle of vodka flies across the backseat when I make a turn. This was single handedly the worst car experience I have ever had. Do not buy or lease a car from here. Go to West Caldwell Toyota. We are buying a Sequoia from another dealer. They way we we're treated and the way they conducted themselves disqualifys them from getting any commission on my purchase. More
