With my old vehicle on its last legs, and my sights set on a reliable commuter, I reached out to various Toyota dealerships to inquire about alternative loan options given my particular situation. Ryan Asuncion, the Internet Sales Manager, not only promptly responded but showed that he understood the situation and indicated that his dealership works with situations like mine. Throughout the process of email communications, texts, and 2 visits to the dealership (the first to look at the vehicle and talk further, the second to complete the paperwork and pick up my car), Ryan was very responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional, making it an absolute pleasure to work with him. He walked me through the process every step of the way and informed me what I needed to prepare. He was also always on-time for our appointments and if there was any anticipated delay, he let me know in advance. When it came time to lock down the vehicle I wanted, a 2025 Corolla LE, I appreciated the effort that Ryan and his team made to search for my desired color and trim at dealerships within a 150 mi radius. At first, white and silver with black interior were nowhere to be found, so I was prepared to settle for my 3rd choice in celestite (if even available), but he and his team were able to locate one in silver! The car was located at another dealership about an hour away. Ryan arranged a vehicle swap with the other dealership and he and his team member went to pick up my car and bring it back to his dealership. He then thoroughly prepared the vehicle for delivery to me and walked me through setting up some features and communicating key information to me. The entire sales process was highly efficient and well-executed. On top of that, the particular Corolla LE he was going to retrieve for me even had a lower final price. Once done with sales, I headed over next door to the finance manager Brian Wibben, where he thoroughly went over my warranty, servicing, and GAP package options, as well as the financing details. He patiently answered all of my questions and presented his recommendations very well. I then made my selections, and we completed all of the paperwork very efficiently using a large table-top electronic screen. All of my docs were then e-mailed to me and placed on a USB thumb drive. Like Ryan, Brian was highly competent, efficient, friendly and a consummate professional. I've dealt with finance departments at other auto dealerships where I left with a less than stellar experience and impression, but that wasn't my experience with Brian. He made the process and entire experience a positive one. I have a feeling that even though I was only in the market for a 2025 Toyota Corolla LE, I still got the same quality service and treatment that someone buying a Landcruiser or Sequoia would have gotten. I'm grateful to Toyota Vallejo for their attentiveness and willingness to help me with my vehicle need and want to give their dealership and these two amazing team members a well-deserved shout out. If I am in the market for another Toyota, this dealership and these exceptional team members are the reason that they will be my "go-to" dealership for my next Toyota. I contacted many dealerships and can say without a doubt that Toyota Vallejo stood out as a cut above the rest in personalized service, commitment and follow-through. They're a no non-sense dealership that is looking to maintain, build, and establish customer relationship and return business. Thank you Andrew and team!!! I've has the truck for a few years now and have been taking it in for routine services. One particular instance I scheduled a service with Chris a couple days before I was heading on a camping trip in Southern California. When they were servicing my Tundra, they notice it had a bad water pump and will cover it under warranty. My heart dropped as I thought I wasn't going to make the planned camping trip. Chris said not to worry, the truck will be repaired the very next morning. I was able to go to the camping trip and truck performed flawlessly throughout the trip including the trail. Toyota Vallejo has exceeded all my expectations througout all departments from sales to service. Every time I hear of someone needing to purchase a vehicle I always refer them to Toyota Vallejo. My parents were in need of a new vehicle and was in the market for a Toyota Camry. Again, Andrww and the sales team has us in and out within 2hrs. Since the purchase, we have been in contact with Chris in Service for routine maintenance as well as a service bulletin that has came up on the Camry.
