From the first phone call to Matt, I felt his investment in customer service. He was so efficient, knowledgeable, and kind that I had him pegged as the quintessential professional. And he was! He juggled the schedule to get my Highlander in for its checkup early so my daughter, whose Camry was being serviced at Walnut Creek for major work, could borrow my car with no restrictions. His can-do attitude and clear affinity for his colleagues and their work made me feel so confident that all would be well. He was able to fit my car into the schedule earlier than planned, was ready to provide me a ride home, quoted a fair price and then delivered on it, had the car ready a bit earlier than promised (a really good thing!), and was a sea of equanimity with our car turmoil. I really appreciated him and his team approach. Delightful experience! More

I purchased my 2019 from Toyota walnut creek, by far the best shopping experience. But when I made my appointment for the 5k miles service for December Monday 23 rd it was the worst experience. I arrived e best shopping experience. But when I made my appointment for the 5k miles service for December Monday 23 rd it was the worst experience. I arrived early and waited on line and when the service advisor got to me the first think he said was that there was a 3 hours wait. I replied that I have an appointment but he said it didn't make a difference because they where so busy and short of technicians and that the 5k mile service on my truck it was only a tire rotation. And I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. So I told him I could not wait because I have my daughter with me and that 3 hours wait for that service was unacceptable. I am a ASE certified technician myself and at my shop we do this services in half an hour or less. We take pride in our work and customer service. So I ended up doing the service myself at my shop. Very disappointing service you have. Eventhough my truck came with 2 years "free" service I think I'm going to do the services myself. I hope you guys improve the customer service. Because you lose a customer. More

Robert arrived quickly at my car and was friendly and efficient at checking me in. He fulfilled his plan to return my car by noon. More
