We did not decide / buy immediately but he checked in multiple times to see how our search was going or if we needed test drives. He provided several model quotes to give us our best choice. He offered to bring the car and papers to our house to complete the deal but we wanted to have a last look at the lot before signing. Nicolay handed us to Brian Sabba to finish the papers as Nic had an appointment. Brian did an equally excellent job explaining the process and demonstrating the car features to get us safely off the car lot. Diane went above and beyond to help me battle my insurance company and help me with my claim. Your mechanics thoroughly inspected my car and fixed a number of very unsafe issues that were left unresolved for months by another shop for a number of months.
