The new management team has taken the perks and value-laden experience I have had at Palmer's and traded it for corporate money-making practices!!! The appointments for service should make the process less time consuming, but my busy schedule as an ER doctor is difficult to adjust to the plan! Bring back the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Instead of the CORPORATE SERVICE!!! More

I take immaculate care of my vehicles and expect the same from a dealership I entrust to service my vehicles. I was introduced to this dealership in 2018 when i purchased a Camry. I would bring my Camry in for service but still took my Lexus to the Lexus dealership. I took my vehicles to dealerships because I thought I would get great service, great work, a company that stood by their work performance and truly valued the customer. So I was convinced by Corey to bring my Lexus there and my vehicles would be well taken care of. In 2022 I started using Toyota exclusively for the service on my Lexus. I was told I needed $1861 worth of work done, I had it done. I moved but still travel 65 miles each way to bring my cars for service, I am a loyal customer. In Sep 2024, 1010 miles later I was informed of major work that needed to be done. I was shocked but he said it would be "pretty much a rebuild". I was convinced once again by Corey that doing this $6426.45 was necessary. I was very pleased with the work, no oil leaks and the car was running great. I have been driving my Lexus lately so on 2/02/2026, 143,232 mileage, in for an oil change. Starting the next day there was oil on my garage floor and it continued to get worse. There was oil all over my engine. I just assumed someone spilled oil. That's all it could be after the "rebuild" right?! So I started communicating my concerns to Corey 2/07/2026. I sent pictures and asked for advice. Right away he said it looked like I had a coolant leak and to bring the car in. I was concerned about the amount of oil on the ground and the engine and didn't think it was safe to drive that far. We went back and forth, I have all the texts, so I took the car to a local auto shop. They cleaned up the motor some and initially thought it was probably a lot of spilled oil. Made an appointment for them to clean the motor and figure out what the issue was. They found major oil leaks and recommended I take it to Toyota so they could address the issues since they had already done all the work. The leaks were coming from the areas that had already been fixed by Toyota. On 2/23/2026 I drove 65 miles to speak to Corey. The diagnosis was another $2,000 + job. He said I would absolutely have to pay 100% for the same job that had already been done. Some of it twice in 4,000 miles. These jobs and parts should last 60,000 to 100,000 miles at least. No help, no concern no ideas, nothing! I was furious! At that point I wouldn't trust them to work on my bicycle so I left. When I arrived home there was smoke coming out from under my hood. The inside of the engine was a mess, oil, fingerprints everywhere. I took my car to the local shop I had been dealing with and they could not believe Toyota wouldn't make it right, not even a discount? They ran dye and verified the leaks were the jobs previously done at Palmers Toyota. I had no choice but to have the work done. I approved the work to be done on 2/26/2026. They have records, pictures and any information needed and will be happy to share. The job was $3315.31 for work that was already done. This is not right, all I wanted was to be told by Corey that it would be fixed, I just wanted it fixed. I have paid $8300 to Toyota for repairs in 4,000 miles. Now $3,300 to another shop to fix those repairs. I am a widow, on a fixed income. I feel I was taken advantage of and lied to. I have had to spend 12,000 on repairs to a vehicle in immaculate condition with 143,000 miles. It is also known for having one of the best motors made. What has happened is wrong on so many levels. A very disappointed former customer! More
