I’ve bought over 12 cars from Palmers (the previous owners of the dealership) always an easy transaction. This dealership made every thing seem difficult. Also there’s a special interest rate from Toyota going on at this time and it wasn’t even offered. 823 credit score and $40,000 down and I got a 6% interest rate. Which I’ll refinance with my credit union as soon as I register it. Sadly I will not be doing any business in the future with this dealership even though I’ve always liked Mr. Gros as my salesman. The tire rotation and balance was ok. But when I pick up my car the front bumper was sticking out. I was told that I needed new brakes because of the noise on my driver's side. I got some new brakes, and the same noise it was making is still happening. I was disappointed that I had to wait over 6 hours after having a 7:45 appointment for my maintenance check.
