Sat over 3 hours for oil change. Appt. At 10:45 a.m. left there at 2:40p.m. Had scheduled Safelite appointment at 1:30 which I missed. They had not even started on my car. Was told Appt. At 10:45 a.m. left there at 2:40p.m. Had scheduled Safelite appointment at 1:30 which I missed. They had not even started on my car. Was told on phone when appointment made that I needed oil change and tire rotation. When I got there the service rep told me that I wasn’t due to have anything done. Since I had driven 100 miles he told me they could go on and do the oil change early! More

Excellent service very friendly not to pushy but they failed to tell me about the vehicle being side swiped I didn’t see it on the passenger side of vehicle it was down really low has a small dent scrape failed to tell me about the vehicle being side swiped I didn’t see it on the passenger side of vehicle it was down really low has a small dent scrapes and rim is scraped from whatever was hit. I have been waiting on a call back for 3 days they are waiting to see the intake photos!!! Not very happy at the moment at all 😡 If this had not happened they would have had a perfect rating!!! More
