Over the past 6 months I evaluated many 1/2 ton trucks to tow a potential camping trailer asking many questions becoming a real pain in the neck for many car salesmen within my area. He is a straight shooter, doesn't try to oversell you, and does everything to ensure you are making the correct choice for you needs in a vehicle. Mark was very friendly and personable from the moment he held the door for us on our way in to the dealership. We could tell he had our best interest in mind when he asked if I was about to graduate college, and mentioned that there would be discount because of that. He was very knowledgable about the car we were interested in, and could add his own personal experience with hybrid cars, as he himself also owns one. He walked us through the whole process in a timely manner, and patiently answered all of our questions (and we definitely had alot of those!) Mark was an excellent guide through the leasing process, and made us both feel very comfortable with our decision. At the end of the night, after the dealership was closed up for the day, Mark helped me set up my first service appointment.He had clocked out and was working on his own time at this point. He walked us out to the car and sat in with us as he explained some last minute details and information, and then kindly sent us on our way. He did a great job, and I am so happy he was the one to help us out with our decision to lease a new car. More
