We’ve come here with family cars for years, but my daughter worked with CJ yesterday and he: 1) Couldn’t provide me with any time estimates 2) Gave no updates on status of the vehicle AND MOST IMPO daughter worked with CJ yesterday and he: 1) Couldn’t provide me with any time estimates 2) Gave no updates on status of the vehicle AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 3) Charged me for an oil change and tire rotation that never occurred.
