We’ve come here with family cars for years, but my daughter worked with CJ yesterday and he: 1) Couldn’t provide me with any time estimates 2) Gave no updates on status of the vehicle AND MOST IMPO daughter worked with CJ yesterday and he: 1) Couldn’t provide me with any time estimates 2) Gave no updates on status of the vehicle AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 3) Charged me for an oil change and tire rotation that never occurred. The manager had to refund me to fix his work. Do NOT work with CJ if you can help it. More

Toyota West Service, I had my appointment yesterday. Bryan my service advisor is always on top of my Rav 4 2015 needs. I know they didn't do the multi point inspection that they said they did. I don't like the people who work there, I guess service has changed and people aren't as respectful and don't listen. they said they did.
