Bill directed me to Cole, who already had another customer and asked if I was ok waiting briefly. While waiting Patrick chatted with me, showing genuine interest in my responses and asked follow up questions. (It took me off guard in a pleasant way; at other places other sales reps will greet or nod in someone's direction, but Patrick made it a point to chat with me while I was waiting). Bill greeted next car that drove in, which was for Cole also, so Bill asked two of the other service men to assist us. Patrick happily started the check in process for me. I came to the dealership just to look around and see if I liked the look and price of any cars since mine had just recently broken down. I test drove a Toyota Corolla and 2 Toyota Camrys and to my surprise actually wanted to buy a Camry that day. He gave us a number of reasons that we could not get a better deal on the car than the asking price, and they made sense and he had paperwork to back them up. This was our only tiny disappointment of the day, not being able to get the price a little lower since I don't have a large income. Overall though, they made the process easy and transparent.
