Mike was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were ready to buy out our current lease, but Mike told us about the last 3 payment buyout by Toyota if we signed a new lease. I was very impressed with how Mr. Thomas went out of his way to make sure I was in the best vehicle to suit my needs. I reside in Dubuque, Iowa and own a business in Davenport, Iowa. That's a seventy mile commute one way, at least three times a week. My 2004 Scion xB was racking up miles, and repairs relative to its use and age. I was in need of a vehicle that could meet the needs of my business, and was fuel efficient. Mr. Thomas put me in a 2010 Prius that more than suits my needs, and worked to make it more affordable for me. He also assisted in guiding me through a difficult situation regarding the title transfer of a second vehicle within our family. Because of his assistance, we were able to seamlessly transfer the title and use the vehicle as a second trade in. We were offered maximum value for both vehicles. Mr. Thomas oversaw each step of the process, assuring I was cared for as a valued customer. I cannot say enough good about how I was treated except this; I brought two vehicles from Iowa to Ohio because I was offered the best value and given the best customer treatment I've ever received anywhere, and it was worth it. I arrived shortly before closing and requested for an appraisal for a trade-in as well as a quote for a lease. Despite the lateness, David with the support of Sal Siano accommodated my every need. My 9:00pm, an hour after closing, I had test driven a car, I had my appraisal in hand, had been pre-approved for a lease, and they were still attending to me without any hint of any concern that it was past their closing time. We agreed to continue discussions the next day only because I did not want to make any unilateral decisions without the involvement my significant other. By the next day, I had reviewed all of the information I had been given and was comfortable making a decision to lease a vehicle from Toyota West. The extra time and care that these two individuals had taken to keep me informed had paid off to our mutual benefit. . The car was delivered to my doorstep the next day and my trade-in driven away.
