I arrived shortly before closing and requested for an appraisal for a trade-in as well as a quote for a lease. Despite the lateness, David with the support of Sal Siano accommodated my every need. My 9:00pm, an hour after closing, I had test driven a car, I had my appraisal in hand, had been pre-approved for a lease, and they were still attending to me without any hint of any concern that it was past their closing time. We agreed to continue discussions the next day only because I did not want to make any unilateral decisions without the involvement my significant other. By the next day, I had reviewed all of the information I had been given and was comfortable making a decision to lease a vehicle from Toyota West. The extra time and care that these two individuals had taken to keep me informed had paid off to our mutual benefit. . The car was delivered to my doorstep the next day and my trade-in driven away. My girlfriend and I were actually thinking of buying a used honda that they had at the dealership. We explained our situation to Michael Schroeder, who was our salesman, and he listened. (Not used to sales people doing that) He gave us approximate numbers for the honda but then told us about a deal on a 2014 (ummm it is 2013 now) Toyota Corolla lease. At first we were like, naaaah, corolla really? Then we saw it. The style is sporty and TIGHT. The payments are far better, and we didn't realize it, but a lease actually is better for our situation. Needless to say we went with the corolla, and BEEP BEEP we love it! I am glad there is a place here for us to sing your praises. Brian did a fabulous job taking care of my needs as a car shopper. He initially showed me the car that I had come to the dealership for (Rav 4). He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased a car from Toyota West in Columbus, Ohio from the used sales department from a sales associate by the name of Dennis Zachariah. I had spent weeks searching different lots for cars and had found no luck until I found one I liked at the Toyota website and came to Toyota West to follow up. Upon my arrival, I found out that the car I had been interested in had just been sold that day and Dennis said no worries and that he would take care of me. He took me around the lot and throughout my time there I realized how honest and straight forward Dennis was. I am not usually one to enjoy being approached by a salesman, but Dennis made me feel at ease about my car shopping experience from the moment I arrived. I found one that was in my guidelines that had just arrived and was not yet ready so I came back the following week. That day, I met up with Dennis and took the car for a drive. It looked and sounded great and Dennis found me exactly what I was looking for and within my price range. I will undoubtedly in the future be sending anyone I know in search of a used vehicle to see Mr. Zachariah. He was as forthcoming and geniunely helpful as anyone I have ever dealt with when searching for my car. For these reasons, I decided Dennis deserves the highest of ratings in all categories on this review. More
