I purchased a new 2014 Camry on 11/2/13. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a salesman when buying a car before. Mike was very honest with me from the beginning to the end of our deal. Something has always changed when we actually sat down to buy the car and it did not this time. Mike and Bobby worked very hard to get me the financing I needed to purchase the car I really wanted at a price I could afford. Even though we had to wait to see the finance manager, Greg, to finish our purchase it was not stressful. Greg was very pleasant and took the time to answer our questions. I appreciated the time Mike took with us to explain a lot of the features on the Camry. The car was delivered to us in great condition. We are enjoying the Camry and it is everything we expected. I am sure that during the next three years our experience with your dealership will be the same as it was when we purchased our car. I had not had a new car in over thirteen years so it was nice to get an new one with a great experience. I would recommend Toyota West to anyone looking to get a new car. More

When we came to Toyota West and met with Dennis I knew immediately that the experience there was going to be different. He actually took the time to find out exactly what it was that she wanted not what he thought she needed. He was one of the most polite individuals I have had the privilege to meet. He worked with her to find the perfect car that would meet all of her wants and needs. He was the complete opposite of what we had recently been through. I thank him for all of his help concerning my sisters needs, and thanks to him she is now driving her brand new car, and I very much look forward to going to see him again in the next few months to replace my aging vehicle with one that Dennis helps me pick out. After a tree fell on my car and totaled it, I was forced to go car shopping. I had been to numerous dealerships and not one of those experiences compared to Toyota West. He really took the time to make my car buying experience hassle free. All of the previous dealerships that I had been to were very pushy and didn't listen to my wants and needs, Not even my budget limits. I checked Cars .com and found one that had just been listed at Toyota west, no pic, and we took a gamble and went on Friday night around 6pm they were closing at 8pm and we met Dennis and he was the best salesman I had come face to face with in our long journey of searching for this SUV. I can not praise him enough from begining to end, he was the best. Got us what we wanted. I will be going back and buying another car from them in the future. I had spent a month looking for a car and dealt with several sales associates that were less than competent when it came to quality customer service. Finally, I located a car that was within my budget several sales associates that were less than competent when it came to quality customer service. Finally, I located a car that was within my budget at Toyota West. I called on the vehicle first and Gary Beck took my call. He was very nice over the phone and was very prepared for my visit to see the car I called about with very short notice. Gary was relaxed and very easy to talk to and very straight forward. When I returned the following day to purchase the car, I had a family member with me that really would test anyone's patience with question after question but Gary hung in with every single one and answered all of them! He truly has the patience of a saint. He explained everything clearly to me and when I wanted to know about the quality of the car he just got on the internet and we researched the information together. I never felt pressured nor did I spend any time confused about the process. Gary walked me over to the finance department where I had the same outstanding experience with Ricky Slusser, Finance Manager. He was kind, patient and was very, very easy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone! You can't get a better experience or better service. More

I started my search for a car with a Google search "Best Rated Toyota Dealers near Columbus, OH". Google returned DealerRater.com and listed Toyota West as #1. I printed the entire list provided and "Best Rated Toyota Dealers near Columbus, OH". Google returned DealerRater.com and listed Toyota West as #1. I printed the entire list provided and headed toward customer reviews and printed those. Handed everything over to my wife, asked her to peruse all the sheets, when I got home from work that night she said they look really good, I read everything and said "Naaaaaah, can't be, must be salesmen entering reviews of themselves"--I've NEVER trusted car dealers, new or used. WRONG!!! I decided to visit them anyway, and ended up being introduced to Dennis Zachariah, with whom I was instantly comfortable although still nervous about working with a dealership. Dennis showed me a used 2002 Toyota Camry (I'm stuck on Toyotas, put 307K miles on my Corolla before I had to retire it for transmission troubles even though the engine still didn't use any oil between changes (every 5K miles with a can of Restore). Dennis very quickly earned my complete trust; I found him a fascinating individual with a broad knowledge of many topics that we have in common, including we're both military veterans. We spent nearly as much time talking about other things as we did the prospective car. I made the purchase that evening and Dennis promised me it would be properly cleaned up and detailed, Toyota West did a better job than I possibly could have, plus they fixed things that we had looked at but I had not requested they take care of. Dennis has continued to support me after the sale. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, sincere, HONEST, and goes way above and beyond, talk to Dennis. We are retiring our '98 Avalon in the next four months (if possible) and I am heading straight back to Toyota West and Dennis Zachariah--he's already watching incoming stock for a "creampuff" for my wife in my price range. I consider Dennis not only an excellent representative, but also a friend, now. I had an exemplary experience. More
