I feel like I have a team at Toyota West. My service man is Brian and my mechanic is Brian Cochran. Both are excellent at their jobs. Both Brians helped me with knowing what future service will be needed to my car. My car is a 2005 Avalon and is in great shape but is starting to need update and more maintenance. It is great to have concerned people handling my needs for my car. The dealership is updating their area, but it is well marked so there is no disruption to service. Thanks!! More

He personalized the customer experience by taking the time to get to know me and my needs with the car buying experience. If you had a Matt Nottingham in every dealership you would have a great business. I have never seen any place that was as great. And Sal was excellent also.
