We returned to Toyota West from past experience. We learned upon a arrival that out prior salesmen was no longer there- which was upsetting as he was the reason we returned. To our relief, we instantly met Zach Chinn and he was more than what we expected. He was extremely professional, courteous, in tune with our needs, and most of all- not pushy. He was very helpful in helping us with any questions or concerns we had during the whole car buying experience. It's because of Zach that we will return to Toyota West for future purchases as this is not the closest dealer to our house. Our whole car buying experience was an extremely positive one. It started with Zach and then the finance team (Sal came and explained our financial paperwork and was also extremely helpful in answering all questions and even suggested that we talk among ourselves since this was such a large purchase). The gentleman (we didn't catch his name!) that finalized our paperwork was also top notch. We had a little baby with us and he took that into consideration with time while finishing up. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we will highly recommend Toyota West as their employee's hold the top standard to customer satisfaction! More

Matt in finance was working with me to expedite my process, since I came at the busiest time, so he was not working in his particular specialty, (with low credit score deals), and had a few questions of his own, but he also researched and found out what he did not know. All in all...friendly and helpful without being pushy or arrogant...hard to find! I will refer to this dealership. More

My wife and I went to Toyota West in August 2013 and purchased two new Camry's. We are repeat customers due to the exceptional deals and service we come to expect from them. When we would go to other lots and would try to get the salesman to work with us it would seem they would start out doing great but start getting short with us when we asked questions and even had them to leave us sitting at a desk while they would go work with another customer when they arrived. At Toyota West we had an open door relationship and any ideas or concerns we had was their priority. We had never been pressured to buy but would answer our questions so we could make the decisions. We never had a negative experience at Toyota West and we over time became friends with some of the salespersons. I would never consider going to another dealership but Toyota West just because they allow you to be in charge of what you want to do and not what they want you to do. More

These gentlemen know the meaning of truly great customer service, along with their Service Manager, Scott Rieser. They tell you only what needs repair on your car and they deliver in a timely manner.
