I visited Toyota West on 09/30/13 to buy a Toyota Camry. Before walking in their doors, my friend and I braced ourselves for the price haggling we experienced in many other places. Our experience at this location was very refreshing. We were very surprised to see a team of folks who were very friendly and helpful (Specifically, Bobby Van Sickle, Ryan McGlone, and Mike ). They were very patient, and they made us feel very relaxed through the process. Also, they did the best they could do for us in terms of the price on the new car and the trade-in value on my old car. I felt I could completely trust the folks I was working with, and I knew they valued their customers. In short, I had a fantastic experience there and would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone planning to buy a Toyota. More

I have never been treated so well at a car dealership in my life. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I drove to Columbus and purchased my car with all paperwork completed in my life. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I returned home and Bobby, the sales manager, text me and informed me I did not have to pick the car up---they were delivering to me tomorrow!!! It saved me $40 in gas and 4+ hours of driving. David Seaman, my salesperson, never pressured me but gave me the information to make my own informed decisions. I will be buying all my future autos from Toyota West or their affiliated dealers. Mark by far was the best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. He was very personable and also knew the vehicle in which I ended up purchasing very well. Even though it was late, he stayed there with me from start to finish. After I purchased the car, I left several items in my old car, which he called and kept right at his desk for me to pick up. Jeremy Francis was so incredibly friendly throughout this whole process! I know he's the boss and he wants to make the most money possible, but he still went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. whole process! At first this dealership didn't have the color I wanted, so I started calling around to other places. As soon as Jeremy found out, he immediately shipped in the exact car I was looking for (and, as a bonus, it arrived overnight!). At the same time, he wasn't hounding me constantly about making a decision or choosing his dealership or anything like that. I was getting multiple calls and texts all the time from other sales reps I had talked to at other dealerships. Jeremy was very patient and respectful, but still aimed to please and win over my sale (as he did!) Mark Kennedy was my immediate sales associate and from the moment I met him, I knew we couldn't have asked for better. He was very honest with his opinion and gave me (and my boyfriend) great advice. He treated us with the utmost respect and understanding. As a young, first-time new car buyer, Mark made sure I understood everything he was saying. He was also great about helping to steer me in the right direction without forcing one car or another. He had excellent knowledge and customer service abilities. Mark even came in on his day off to sign all the paperwork and go over the car with me!! This dealership went way above and beyond my expectations and it was so appreciated. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family! Absolutely spectacular! More

My son, who had bought 2 cars from Toyota West, strongly recommended this dealership to us when we needed to turn in our leased car. We had leased the car in New York State but moved to Ohio in late October recommended this dealership to us when we needed to turn in our leased car. We had leased the car in New York State but moved to Ohio in late October 2012. I called Toyota and talked to Nick, who made an appointment with us. When we arrived Greg King met with us. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable in discussing the leased vehicle and in checking out another Toyota. He showed us a new 2014 model and a Toyota of the current year. He was helpful in comparing prices and he and Nick conferred about lowering the monthly lease rate when we said we'd like to keep the cost as near the current payment level as possible. The decision on a price that we could afford made us feel that these fellows really wanted to help their clients as much as possible, and were not just in the business to 'sell cars.' We lived outside the U.S. for 38 years before retiring and returning to NY State. The first car we bought was a Toyota...and we have never owned any car but a Toyota since 1993. We found that Toyota West personnel were as helpful and caring as possible. We have kept returning to Toyota for a car because we have found the company and the folks who work there are interested in clients and eager to help them make the best decision for their vehicle needs. I am the driver in our family and appreciated the fact that all the people who work at Toyota West are cheerful, helpful and interested in doing their best job for each customer. We chose Toyota West because we felt that it is dependable. And we found that we were right...The Toyota company has been our choice for cars because we found we could depend on the company, and the folks who work in any Toyota dealership, to carry through on their promises. We especially appreciated Greg King's kindness and knowledgeable assistance in our leasing a new Toyota. I was in the market for a new car and at the very beginning, was truly not sure at all of how to go about it. I was especially weary of walking into a dealership. Toyota West was the first dealership I interacted with in my search process. Even after an excellent sales day just the day before, I was offered help from Charles "Herb" Holler soon after entering the dealership. Since it was early in my car search process, I was not ready to purchase that day, but Herb still took the time to take me on a no-pressure test drive, and working with his manager, gave a fair pricing on a model of Toyota I was considering. I very much appreciated not being pressured to seal the sale that day. As my research continued, in the end I did not purchase a Toyota. But if in the future I consider a Toyota again, I would definitely check in with Toyota West. More
