He took great care of me, stayed two hours after the dealership was closed, walked me through everything step by step, showed me how to sync my phone with the car and how everything worked before I left, and above all, made me feel like he actually cared. I began my purchase on line. Mike Schroeder (salesman) was very attentive to my needs. We went to the dealership the next morning. We were dead set on getting a Toyota Corolla. I felt he went the extra mile to make sure I was aware of all my options that fell into the budget area I was looking to get into. He already had a sale but went the extra effort to make sure I had all my available options in front of me to make an informed decision. After the sale he spent all the time we needed to show us the features of the vehicle and to answer every question we had. I applied online to lease a new Camry, David very prompt responded and went over what I was looking for and what I could afford. I asked to see if I could also get approved to buy the car b/c I was still u responded and went over what I was looking for and what I could afford. I dont have the best credit and they were able to get me approved and work with me to find a payment I could afford. My parents are looking for a new car and I plan to insist they come here first. I called to look at a specific car and Chad Sothard was the one who helped me. He was definitely a breath of fresh air. He wasn't pushy about upselling like other dealers were. Initially I choose to buy Honda Accord (but the dealer service is not good to me, not very honest to me), but his service gave me a good impression (very honest and good) , and he also gave me a good price, then I changed my mind to buy Toyota Camry. Mark was a very friendly, accommodating salesman. He did not push us at all, just gave us facts about the Toyota Tundra that we were interested in. Mark was interested in who we are as people and worked to fit us with a vehicle we would like without trying to over sell us. We traded in our 2005 Toyota Sienna (which we absolutely loved). We went to Toyota West to look at new Sienna's but were not happy with the new body changes. We told Mark that we used our Sienna several times as if it were a truck to haul things in and had talked about buying a Tundra but really was not sure if that was the direction we wanted to move in. Mark is an extremely warm human being and the absolute best sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am so very glad that we had the opportunity to work with him and to know that he will continue to be helpful to us if we have any questions, concerns or problems in the future.
