Although I have owned several pre-owned autos, this is my first new car purchase. Luckily for us, Bob greeted us and led us through our hunt for the right Toyota. This friendly man put us at ease right away. Bob guided us through Toyota's selection of cars and helped us narrow our search to the Camray XLE. Our car and truck were made in 1992. The 2013 Camray seemed almost too futuristic to handle! Never fear, Bob Luttrell is here. He patiently demonstrated our choice and then sealed the deal. Bob continues to answer my phone calls, when I can't find an answer in the manuals. The young man who arranged the financing was a blessing. After years of massive medical bills, we were concerned that our credit rating was too low for any car purchase. Like magic, he found a sensible loan that we could afford! With bi-weekly payments, he will save us a bundle and our total care coverage was extended to seven years! We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase and experience with Toyota West!
