I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Toyota West on 27 April. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Needless to say after spending 15 minutes at the dealership I got back into my vehicle and drive to Toyota West. It was the best decision I made in my buying experience. Upon arriving at Toyota West I was approached by Saleman Don Marks within 3 minutes. Don worked with me over a week to get me in the right Toyota Tundra. Don was great because he was never pushy just helpful throughout the whole process. If you are heading into Toyota West please do yourself a favor and ask for him. I also worked with Bobby VanSickle (he was great too!!) to get my payments where they needed to be. Bobby also bent over backward to work with me on all the truck options. The truck I wanted wasn't on the lot so Don and Mark did a fantastic job of locating it and have it shipped to Toyota West. My wife will be looking for a new vehicle in the next couple years. If she wants a Toyota I would not hesitate to return and buy it from Don and Bobby. More

My daughter and I went to several different car dealerships before my daughter decided to lease a car from Toyota West. The salespeople tried to deceive us about the pricing differences posted on t dealerships before my daughter decided to lease a car from Toyota West. The salespeople tried to deceive us about the pricing differences posted on the web and in person at one dealership, and they never stopped calling her cell phone, and the salesperson at another dealership was rather pushy and wanted to pressure my daughter to buy immediately, even though it was 1 hour past their closing time and we were hungry and she wanted to think about it longer. That salesperson made a sarcastic comment to my daughter who said she would be back the next morning after she had time to think about the 2 different models she was interested in. He said that he wished she would have not wasted his time in so many words, trying to make her feel guilty that they stayed late even though it was there fault because they wouldn't let us leave peacefully. The salesperson Michael Schroeder at Toyota West treated my daughter with the utmost respect, he didn't talk condescendingly to her, and he explained the leasing process very thoroughly to her so that she could understand it completely. He never deceived her and he never bothered her when she said she would be back the next day. He was a gentleman and made her buying experience a very satisfying one. Lee in the Finance department who handled all the financing questions and the final paperwork was very thorough with my daughter and he was also very professional. I would recommend Toyota West to anyone because of their customer service and professionalism. More

Terry greeted us as soon as we came in. He asked what we were interested in seeing and what was important to us in a new car. He showed us a couple of types and the features of both. Jimmy is a great salesman. Very friendly, courteous, loquatious, and a lot of fun. The deal was a little too expensive, but it is a new model and Toyota does not give any great incentive on the Avalon loquatious, and a lot of fun.
