This is the third new car I have purchased for myself, and even though this is not the closest Toyota to my house, we will be back for future car purchases. My husband and I wanted to purchase a new car and narrowed it down to a Toyota Rav4. We researched online and received bids from Toyota Direct and Buckeye Toyota. Buckeye's price, although listed a narrowed it down to a Toyota Rav4. We researched online and received bids from Toyota Direct and Buckeye Toyota. Buckeye's price, although listed as an e-offer was a bit too high. Toyota Direct began sending bids and I visited Toyota West to make a test drive. The experience was wonderful! Will and Sal both were warm and encouraging, offering answers to questions without being too pushy. Although Toyota Direct's final offer was quite a bit lower than Toyota West (almost a thousand dollars!) we decided to purchase our car from Will and Toyota West. The entire experience was terrific. We felt that our business was important to them and that we mattered, not only as customers, but as people. The car was delivered to the dealership before the promised date and in the color and model we desired. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I purchased a new Toyota Tunda from a deal i saw on eBay. I called the dealership and spoke with Dean because i had a trade in i needed to trade on the new vehicle. Dean was able to give me a fair amount on my trade plus a great price on the new car. I drove from NY to Ohio because this was such a great deal. When i arrived everything was as promised on the phone and the process was fast. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new Toyota. More

She ended up Leasing a new Silver Scion X B base automatic. I was also Impressed, and traded in my 2001 Toyota 4- Runner that I had bought at Toyota West in 2001. I Leased a new 2013 Scion X B They had this Bright White Scion X B Release Special on display at the Columbus Ohio Auto Show. This buying experience was by far the most pleasurable - hassle free experience, I have ever had at an automobile dealership, In the past 40 years. I am Happy, Happy, Happy ! Mr. Will Gillis- Sales Associate, Mr. Bobby Van Sickle - Sales Manager and Mr. Brian Frye - Finance Manager, plus all the staff members at Toyota West are a polite, courteous, and personable group of adults. Worst dealership ever. They do not have any integrity. I was looking to purchase a used 2012 toyota sienna limited. While looking on the internet I found that this dealership had one. So I packed up th I was looking to purchase a used 2012 toyota sienna limited. While looking on the internet I found that this dealership had one. So I packed up the family and went to look at it. First of all the salesman that greeted me did not even know that this vehicle was on the lot. Once he located it we looked it over and decided it was what we wanted if we could agree on price. We went back to the used car offices to discuss. To my shock the inside of the used office was nasty it looked like it had never been cleaned. The chairs that they offered us to sit in where nasty. All that aside we tried to work out a deal unfortunately we got within $500 of making a deal but could not. So the next day I get a call from the dealership. I end up speaking with the used car manager and we strike a deal. I tell him I will be in to do the paperwork and pick up the car. He informs me that they need until the next day to get the car ready. I explain that that is fine and ask that they contact me tomorrow to let me know when it is ready. I get a call around 2:00 and the salesman (Mr. Beck) tells me that they cannot sell me the car. I explain that the manager (Aaron) and I had a deal just yesterday. He said well we cannot do it. He did not offer any options to make the deal work he just said they couldn't do it. He could not wait to get off the telephone. I bet they got another offer on the vehicle and decided to sell it at a higher price. I then attempted to contact the GM of the dealership. I explained that there were shady dealings going on in the used part of the dealership and that I would like to speak with him. I was told that he would get in touch with me immediately. Of course I never heard from him and all future attempts to contact him were never successful. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car steer clear of this dealership as they will screw you the first chance they get. More
