We worked with Terry Johnson, we probably looked at about 20 different vehicles and he did an awesome job of making sure that we were happy with our decision. We were very happy with the sales process, although I would have liked a full tank of gas, 5 gallons was better than nothing. We have been loyal Ford customers for the past several years but we will definitely be back to Toyota West. We was very disappointed with the trade in value offered at the Ford dealer and Toyota West actually came in with almost DOUBLE the trade in value that we was offered and we had not even discussed what we was offered or what we was looking for as a trade value. We have dealt with Terry in previous years. They met with him at their convenience on Thursday, February 28. They came to an agreement and after calling to get our approval, Terry came to the house to have the papers signed. Everything was magnificent. We had a good time and not the five hours that we had spent getting the 2010 lease put together. Would I recomment Terry to our friends? Most certainly! More

Overall, my experience at Toyota West was very good. The employees were friendly and were willing to work with me to make a deal that I felt was fair! And since I live several miles from Columbus, it wasn' employees were friendly and were willing to work with me to make a deal that I felt was fair!
