We were very happy with the sales process, although I would have liked a full tank of gas, 5 gallons was better than nothing. We was very disappointed with the trade in value offered at the Ford dealer and Toyota West actually came in with almost DOUBLE the trade in value that we was offered and we had not even discussed what we was offered or what we was looking for as a trade value. We have dealt with Terry in previous years. They met with him at their convenience on Thursday, February 28. They came to an agreement and after calling to get our approval, Terry came to the house to have the papers signed.
