Will Gillis and Bryan were very good to us from the minute we stepped out of the car. The sales person knew our vehicle inside out & was able to answer our questions quickly & accurately. He was straight forward from the beginning to the end of our business dealings. He was friendly but professional & came into the dealership on his day off to meet us to finish our transaction. We drove 800 miles to buy this truck from Dean. Our local dealerships in KC, Salina & Hutchinson knew very little about our exact truck & any specifics including that they come with a back-up camera as standard equipment. That is unacceptable. As soon as we saw my car on the showroom floor, we knew that was the car we wanted. Love it. Terry was excellent telling us all about the car - actually never had a sales person so detailed - I really do that was the car we wanted. Love it. My husband and I began considering the purchase of a new Toyota to replace our 2001 Camry several months ago. We visited the nearest dealer - Toyota West - and were approached by Terry Johnson. Terry showed us the new Camry and the new Prius - impressive cars - but we really wanted to see and drive new Rav 4 because we'd read good things about the changes being made to that model. We thought the cargo space and passenger room would better suit our needs. At the time the 2013 Ravs were not yet in production, but Terry kept us informed as production dates got nearer and let us know when the first Rav 4 hit the Toyota West lot so we could take it for a test drive. We decided on the Rav, but since we wanted lots of options, including Entune and the onboard navigation sysytem, Terry needed to find us a car. He and the general manager at Toyota West found just the car we were looking for, swapped another dealer for the car, and delivered exactly what we were looking for. During the entire process, Terry was polite, conscientious, thorough, and considerate. Anyone we talked to or worked with at Toyota West reflected the same attitude and ethic. My husband and I were especially appreciative of this since he had to have major surgery in the midst of the process. I drove our new car home today - our third Toyota - and I can only hope that I am as satisfied with the service department at Toyota West as I have been with the sales and financing departments. I was nearing the end of my lease and dreading car shopping. Hate all the high pressure sales tactics etc. Went back to Toyota West, which is where I had leased before, but I was also shopping aroun shopping. Toyota West was by far the easiest and most helpful. My salesperson, Michael Schroeder, answered all my questions via email, phone and text even before I stepped foot on the lot. And believe me I do research ahead of time and I had a lot of questions. Michael was genuinely interested in helping me find the best vehicle at the best price and it was clear the dealership valued and wanted my continued business. No high pressure car sales here. Just helpful people that want you to be happy with your new vehicle and buying experience when you leave. By the time I visited the dealership it was to test drive my vehicle and make the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular Michael Schroeder. Made car shopping a much more pleasant experience! More
