I have been dealing with this dealership for 20 years. I have been dealing with this dealership for 20 years. I usually deal with Bob Smart but he was un avaliable. I am a long time Toyota customer and purchased my cars from the Toyota dealership closest to my home. They have a great selection of vehicles from which to choose. Every single employee I encountered was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They made me feel like I was a member of their family. My salesman, Chris Wells, was patient and listened carefully to learn what I was looking for in a car. He made me aware of all available options but did not employ pressure tactics to push me into selecting options I did not want. Selecting the best car for my needs had always been a stressful experience. This was NOT the case at Toyota West! My experience was not only easy and stress free, but completely enjoyable thanks to Chris Wells. A few days ago I returned to Toyota West for another car. I expected this experience to be a positive one and was not disappointed. Once again I was met by friendly and courteous employees. The selection of my new car was easy and handled efficiently by my salesman, Mike Schroeder and finance manager, Brian Frye. I can also add that they did it in record time. I am now driving the second Toyota car I purchased from the Toyota West dealership. I am absolutely certain that if I encounter any problems or have any questions, Mike Schroeder or Brian Frye will handle them. I know that I will return to this dealership the next time I am in need of a new car. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Toyota to visit Toyota West.
