We were able to,pull together a deal based on my budget. Yes, we may have gone 8 dollars over budget for a monthly payment but I am overall satisfied. When I went back to buy the car "My salesman" was busy with another customer so it gets very frustrating that there are 10 salesmen doing nothing who don't even say 1 word to me because I "belong" to another salesman. The sales man (Will Gillis), we worked with was customer friendly and treated us with great customer service. He initially understood what we are looking for in a car (features, technology etc) and then acc friendly and treated us with great customer service. We came in to the dealership to purchase a corolla and to get a honda civic as our second car but Terry convincened us to buy both cars from toyota. After the purchase I had a problem with the bluetooth in my car but Terry followed up with a service in the dealership and calls to make sure everything was working. Eventually the porblem was not with the car but rather with my phone and as am making this comments everthing is fine. I will recommend this dealership to my friends who are ready to purchase a car and I will be a lifelong client with this dealership. Thanks. More

After I got my vehicle my phone was not connecting to the bluetooth after a while, Terry was concerned and tried troubleshooting thinking it was the vehicle. However it was not the vehicle but rather my phone had a problem and now it is working. Terry showed that he cared about us and our business and was also fond of our four month old son. He really made us feel at home. This is my first experience with toyota west and it was the best. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and I will remain a life long customer. My experience with Toyota West is been exceptional. I was looking at Toyota RAV4's online last weekend and on Sunday, decided to drive from Parkersburg West Virginia to Toyota West in Columbus OH to see what they had. The place was very busy but Will worked with me to find what I wanted and made the whole experience very pleasant. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle that day but am extremelly happy with my new Toyota. I would highly recommend Toyota West to anyone looking for a new car or truck.
