We traveled 2.5hrs to Toyota West because of an add on the internet search that showed they had the color of Rav 4 we were looking for and it was at a very good price. When we pulled in, an awesome looking guy greeted us with a great smile, friendly manner and super personality. We had been to several dealerships and always feel like that day's first meal... very uncomfortable, BUT Will was awesome and you felt as though you were being taken care of from the word Hello. The car was exactly what we wanted, the track to test drive the vehicle was super and Will's knowledge and personal experience with Toyota vehicles were a true asset in the sale. Will was willing to work with us on the pricing we needed and let us ask lots of questions. The dealership itself was great as well... the bathroom was clean, the TV had an awesome football game on with comfy seats to wait in while the paperwork was started, and the process was the easiest I've ever experienced.
