My wife and I did a lot of homework and decided that we wanted a Toyota Corrolla. This was our first automobile purchase together and we were a bit anxious. Right from the start our salesman, Ricky Slusser, was extremely friendly and accomodating. He put both me and my wife at ease throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable about the Corrolla and answered all our questions. He explained all our financing options and he allowed us time to to talk. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics and made the whole experience enjoyable! This was our first Toyota and it will not be the last. This is the second time Gary Beck has gotten me a deal on a new Corolla (the other in 07)that has absolutely blown away the competition. Both times it is has been simple to get in and get out with the car. These people are smart competent and likeable. They keep their word on deals and do what it takes to close. Toyota West beat the other dealer I was checking out by $1,500 on my trade in. They had to find this car for me on the internet, did it in less than 2 days and I drove it home the third. Paper work took about 15 minutes and their processor got me a half point lower than the finance I was using. As far as follow up support, Gary was available whenever I had questions about my 07 which wasn't very often. Toyota West can do these things in my opinion because they deal high volume; they deal high volume because they do these things. If your looking for a Toyota, new or used, and your anywhere near this place, you'd be wise to check them out. More

This was my first hybrid purchase, and while there's not a whole lot to know about it, Terry helped me understand the smart key system, in-dash radio features, warranties, etc. I would rate my experience a 6 out of 5 if I could.
