We received excellent red carpet service at Toyota West. Everyone was friendly and really went the extra mile in helping us with leasing our van. Lots of time was spent with us especially me! My wife and I stopped in on our way for a short family vacation. We had visited several Toyota dealerships and have done a lot of research online. Dean greated us with a smile as we approached the Tacoma we were interested in. Dean was very knowledgable and friendly. As we started looking at numbers, Dean and Nick were very easy to work/negotiate with and were not pushy at all. After putting a good deal together, they both understood that we needed to talk about it and would be back in touch. Both of these guys were excelent to work with. The following evening on our way back through town, we unfortunately didn't call and let Dean know we decided to get the truck. Paris also met us with a smile, but right away we could tell she was new. Paris was also very friendly and good to work with, just a little awkward after working through the deal with Dean and Nick. Also, Nick was not in. We did feel a little under appreciated by Bobby as he kept asking Paris a lot of questions and questioned why we wanted to do some of the things that we talked to Dean and Nick about. Instead of Bobby coming and talking to us directly he had Paris running back and forth which we could tell was making her uncomfortable. What was more frustrating was that we could hear what Bobby was saying and when he wasn't talking to Paris he was talking with other co-workers about golf and partying and using inappropriate language. At one point we considered walking out, and coming back when Dean and Nick were in. In the ended we we drove out with the truck we wanted and very happy with the deal. Just wish Bobby would have cared about us more as customers. More

Very nice, friendly, and was atentive to what i wanted. She and nick worked very hard to get me what i wanted and at a reasonable price.... Paris was rather new and she worked really hard to find me the right truck and to answer any questions that i had. i did buy the truck that i wanted and it is GREAT!!! all the staff that i worked with were really nice and treated my mom really well!! Jimmy Holland was our salesman and was very accommodating to my very pregnant wife just days before she gave birth. Nic Caraccilo and Dan Grunkmeyer were a pleasure to work with and flexible in getting us the deal we wanted. Although the service has been above par for what I have found at most dealerships, they have unfortunately missed a “great” rating from me for what appears to be a growing trend in auto sales. For reasons unknown to me, they have twice failed to call me back regarding trading my other vehicle for a Venza. They know we buy vehicles frequently and I only do short-term leases on my other vehicle, so why they are so willing to let this go is a mystery to me. Even if they don’t think they can get me the deal I want, why not have the professional courtesy to call me and say so? After all, we are repeat customers I would think they would like to continue returning. However, I refuse to follow up with dealers who do not call back when they have set the expectation, and have no tolerance for such unprofessional service. More

My last car was an '03 Accord and the sales process in another city was unpleasant. Toyota West and Brian Frye were extremely helpful and very low pressure. I bought a '12 Camry XLE in a friendly, professional atmosphere and got a good deal. This is how car buying should be. It was definitely worth the extra miles to deal with Toyota West and they don't get any better than Brian. More
