I was given undivided attention from the time I arrived. When I saw the dreaded "money hunngry car sales-man" come up to me I was quite hesitant as I usually am when looking at cars. But to my surprise Rod When I saw the dreaded "money hunngry car sales-man" come up to me I was quite hesitant as I usually am when looking at cars. But to my surprise Rod was very real and honest with me. It was refreshing I must say. He truly wanted me to have the car I wanted and not the cars he wanted to sell. When I was financing I was shocked at the royal treatment I was given by the finance manager as well. He did not agree with my credit score and worked out my loan so that I was the one who benefited along with the bank. Also, I was going through a divorce. And without going in to too much detail I will just say they went far and beyond to help me out and make sure my daughter and I had a reliable, safe car. Their is no doubt in my mind where I will be going when I purchase my next vehicle. Did I mention I LOVE MY CAR! I highly recommend Toyota West! It was a pleasure. Thanks Rod!! Wow!! Customer service was unbelievable!! They had the right vehicle at the right price. I was unable to get financing at numerous other dealerships, even with a cosigner. Bobby and Will were awesome. They were so nice and this was absolutely the smoothest car deal I have ever encountered. I hate the back and fourth you normally get with dealerships, where they leave you sit was absolutely the smoothest car deal I have ever encountered. I hate the back and fourth you normally get with dealerships, where they leave you sitting for hours while they waste your time checking with the manager on what they can do. This didn't happen with Bobby and Will and it was quite refreshing. They even came in on their day off. That goes to show their commitment.
