We purchased a Rav4 one and one-half years ago from Gary Beck at Toyota West. We loved the car. We also loved the 2 yr. free service from Toyota West. I was hit by a van last week and the Rav4 was a total loss. We then had to purchase another vehicle. We definitely wanted to stay with the Rav4 and with Toyota West. We called Gary Beck and he had a Rav4 for us that day. We purchased it that day. Gary did a great job. We were also very impressed with our experience in finance, with Marc Hilton.
