During our recent visit to Toyota West, we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at the time. We drove a Highlander that was on the lot just for "future reference". We talked with Bart Zimmerman after the drive who went over some of the financing and available rebates. There was absolutely no pressure which made the experience extremely comfortable. Since we keep our vehicles for years, we went home and made a list of the features and colors of the vehicle that we would have liked. We called Bart and within an hour, he had found EXACTLY what we were looking for. We picked it up three days later and have been thrilled with our new car and the whole experience.
