This was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no pressure to buy from our sales man John Thomas. John was great! We could take our time and find the car that was right. Not once did I think he was glued to our side. That is the one thing that I can’t stand from sales men at car lots, they attack you like locust. We found the right car at the right price and were out within two hour. John went over everything about the car and made sure we were fine with everything. We purchased a Rav4 one and one-half years ago from Gary Beck at Toyota West. We loved the car. We also loved the 2 yr. free service from Toyota West. I was hit by a van last week and the Rav4 was a total loss. We then had to purchase another vehicle. We definitely wanted to stay with the Rav4 and with Toyota West. We called Gary Beck and he had a Rav4 for us that day. We purchased it that day. Gary did a great job. We were also very impressed with our experience in finance, with Marc Hilton. In April of 2007, Terry Johnson sold me my Solara Convertible and I had an excellent customer experience. In September of 2007, my brother was visiting from Pittsburgh and needed a new car. I took h Convertible and I had an excellent customer experience. In September of 2007, my brother was visiting from Pittsburgh and needed a new car. I took him directly to Terry who sold him his Camry. In October of 2008, my wife was in a car accident, totaled her Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed a new car. I took her directly to Terry who sold her a RAV4. Fast forward to March 2012. My wife and I were both looking for new cars and we reached out to Terry who sold a Camry to me and a Venza to my wife. Given the exeperiences we've had with Terry, a "great" rating for him is a true understatement. I gave the above rating because Terry knows his products, he answered all of my questions, got a clear understadning of what I wanted, and did everything in his power to make things happen without confusion. Most of all, he made the overall experience fun and painless which is why I will buy my future Toyota from him and will continue to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota. at first when approaching my problems (as noted in the previous review) i was a little discouraged by the service i recieved . but like all companies they some times goof up . after writing my review scot previous review) i was a little discouraged by the service i recieved . but like all companies they some times goof up . after writing my review scott got back to me very quickly with my concerns about my vehicle and quickly (that day ) got going on the issues i had with my car . and not only did he do that with the best customner service i had recieved , but told me that these services i was going to recieve would be complimentry due to my experiences in the past . not only did he do this but got me in a free rental car right away ( 5 minutes) so that i could continue with my busy schedule . not only did he replace the problem tires but he also cleaned the drums on my back breaks , extracted the seats (completely complimentry) did a complete look over of my vehicle , and filters , along with the needed oil change ! he made sure all the issues with my vehicle were addressed with me and that i understood any and all problemns that had arrised ,not only did he do this but assured me that no matter what as long as he was there i would continue recieving this great service! not only would i continue encouraging my friends and family to go to this dealer . i will let them know how accomadating they have been for me !
