My overall experience was excellent. After getting a run around by another Toyota Dealer, I went to Toyota West. Matt Harris was absolutely wonderful to deal with. When I had to bring my 4Runner in for service, Felix, was always on top of it went to Toyota West. Matt Harris was absolutely wonderful to deal with. When I had to bring my 4Runner in for service, Felix, was always on top of it and informative. He has always gone above and beyond in customer service. A few years later we received the same run around from the original Toyota dealer near our home when we went to purchase another vehicle. I called Mr. Harris and he was right on top of finding the vehicle we were looking for. He provided absolutely wonderful communication and customer service. Our experience at Toyota West was that of pure satisfaction. We had been to a few different dealerships looking for a good deal on an FJ Cruiser. John and Luke were straight forward-no B.S. and were not pushy or over bearing. They worked with us to come to a price we could afford and were just the best people to deal with.We are SO happy with our FJ Cruiser we bought there. We definitely recommend Toyota West and appreciate Employees like John and Luke that are a big asset to the dealership. More
