WHAT AN EXPERIENCE, i THOUGHT I WANTED A F-150 FROM FORD ,after poor customer service from Circleville Ford dealer, I stopped by Toyota to check out a Tundra, ROBERT SMART greeted me, he wasn't one of those ,after poor customer service from Circleville Ford dealer, I stopped by Toyota to check out a Tundra, ROBERT SMART greeted me, he wasn't one of those pushy kind of reps, just down to earth, sense of humor and now a friend, bought me a 2012 Tundra, they bought me a tank of gas when i came in to have an accessory installed just because the wrong parts showed up, offered me a loaner etc. what a team what place ,what a salesman, thank you Robert Smart!! I will go back there for my wife's vehicle next. More

Bought a regular cab pickup. Next day I had concerns about the passenger airbag and my 6 year old. Saleperson very helpful and researched but I still was not comfortable and the next day I went to deale about the passenger airbag and my 6 year old. Since purchase no one from the dealership has contacted me. I do have a few other minor concerns. Like installation of rear wheel well liner, small fender scratch, steering wheel not centered, tight driver seat belt, and was told oil change interval is 10K but manual clearly stated 5K. More

We drove an hour to get to Toyota West, but it was worth it. We appreciated that John wasn't a pushy high pressure salesman. We worked with Wayne Williams from Toyota West, and told him exactly hat we were looking to purchase. He did not attempt to get us to look at a higher priced model or one with more options than we wanted. him exactly hat we were looking to purchase. Although the specific model/color/options we wanted were not in stock, he promised to do a dealer search to locate one and trade with another dealer to get what we wanted, something we had done before years ago. The next day there was a voicemail from Wayne stating that what we wanted had come in on the truck overnight, and he had it set aside for us. Indeed, it was exactly the car we wanted. Wayne was very helpful throughout and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We knew the price we wanted to pay, and they met that price with no problem. The previous dealer we had looked at only would talk monthly payment with us. The finance man was very thorough in presenting the various payment options as well as the service packages offered by Toyota, some of which we had decided ahead of time to purchase if the price was right, which they were. We were in the market for a vehicle but did not have to buy now, which was in our favor, but we were very pleased with the help we received here, especially because there was no pressure from anyone we talked to at Toyota West. As my wife said more than once, it was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had. We are proud owners of a 2012 Toyota Camry SE, and very highly recommend this dealership, and in particular Wayne Williams. More
Wow! What a great car buying experience!! I originally had test drove a Prius a few months ago and Bob Luttrell was our salesperson. About a month after that initial test drive I stopped by another Toyot had test drove a Prius a few months ago and Bob Luttrell was our salesperson. About a month after that initial test drive I stopped by another Toyota dealer in DUBLIN.....looking for the new Prius C and had a very poor experience, they seemed very dis-interested in me purchasing the car..They seemed very evasive when I asked questions and would not budge off the sticker price. So I decided to go back to Toyota West and see Bob again...Holy cow! it was like night and day...The whole team seemed to bend over backwards to make the buying experience fantastic. Bob was very nice and let me test drive the Prius C on two occasions as well as answering all my questions, and once I was ready to buy, Nick (one of the sales managers) actually spent a good amount of time answering my questions and concerns, Nick introduced me to Dan, the finance manager, and he was able to get me a loan rate 3% lower than the "Dublin" dealer, plus they actually ended up getting me about 200.00 off the sticker, which is great beacuse of the huge demand for the Prius C. They were originally trying to get a Red Prius C, but could not, due to some dealers not wanting to trade for the vehicle....Another sales manager (Bobby, I think) even called me to let me know how his search was going and he was actually texting dealers to locate the car while on the phone with me! Great customer service....and I know since I have been in Retail for over 20 years All in all a great experience. This is the first Toyota I have ever owned, and I am so far very pleased. Went to Toyota West cause they said that they would give me the most for my trade, I saw Rod Winget first and we looked and looked all over the lots for an excepital replacement could not find one this time me the most for my trade, I saw Rod Winget first and we looked and looked all over the lots for an excepital replacement could not find one this time but told to check back later and maybe a CAR in my price range would show up , Looking on Computer again in March and got a Quote, on line that was trolioble for my reciently purchased 2005 Dodge Magnum RT in July 2011. I was told that Toyota West would buy oy Trade so I went back and talked to Mat Harris,( Rod Winget was not there that day they won a trip to the River Boat Coceno) so Matt showed me all around , we found one car that may have worked, but than he saw a Saturn out back with 30 day tags on it, But the Manager Arron Liechner said that deal fell through, so we looked at this Saturn Vew. I took it home and now I am no longer a Mopar Man. More
