My entire experience was great and everybody was friendly and very helpful. I wanted to thank Bart for being such a good salesperson and not making feel like I was pressured. He is has such a great personnality that I felt very comfortable. I have to say I was really nervous, I have never purchased a NEW car as a single woman but worked in a dealership many years ago. Bart did make me feel much more relaxed about it. I have driven my new car for 3 days now and I love it. I have a Toyota Prius 2011. My friend is ready to buy one so I hope if she decides to buy one she will ask for Bart Zimmerman and have the same wonderful experience as I did. I wanted to share with you, my fantastic experience at Toyota West. I was looking for a car for my wife and visited the used car section. I must tell you that I have been buying cars for over 30 years and can honestly say that Rod has been the best salesman I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. His desire to provide customer satisfaction is unmatched!!!!! When I entered the office, Rod greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to understand my needs and concerns as well as providing me several options. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger with only 1600 miles on it and at a very competitive price. Rod's attention to detail and follow up through the entire sales process left me with a high degree of satisfaction. I am in sales myself and have been for 25 years. It was very refreshing to be on the other side as a customer and treated with the same level of respect, kindness and concern as I try to provide my customers. I went to Toyota West thinking I probably wouldn't be able to find a car that I could afford since I had so much negative equity in my current car. I had an idea of what I wanted in a new car and with R able to find a car that I could afford since I had so much negative equity in my current car. I had an idea of what I wanted in a new car and with Robert Smart's help was able to find a basic LE model but I believed the price would still be too high with the negative equity. After sitting down with John Masters, he rather quickly was able to put together a package including two dream features I wanted. The price was still high and couldn't say "yes" right away without factoring in other debt. I left the dealership with a very good offer on the table and then did some more research into the Camry model. I fell in love with the black interior not offered on the LE. When I returned the next day, Robert came in on his day off to help me finalize the deal. Even though John was unavailable, another sales manager Robert VanSickle was extremely friendly and helpful in putting together another package that I could afford even with the SE upgrade. I also gained the Toyota apps feature I didn't think would be possible to afford. Finally when it came time to sign the paperwork financing agent Marc Hilton was also extremely friendly and made the process quick and simple. I have been to two other dealers and signed paperwork but this was by far the most relaxed and quickest. The whole experience was great. Coming from a family of long time Chevy owners and owning a Chevy myself, Toyota West and their staff made it easy for me to switch. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. More

Word of mouth is still the best advertising that this country has to offer. We had heard great things about this dealership and decided that we would see if what we heard was true. I can only say that what we saw and heard at this dealership only confirmed what we had heard before. We were greeted by friendly, considerate, and courteous service. We were not high pressured at all. We looked at least at 5 different cars and just didn't know. We went to another dealership where our son-in-law worked and checked out 3 other cars. We went back to Toyota West 3 other times. We even had John Thomas (JT) place the cars side by side. Toyota West never lost their patience with us and was more than obliging. Through there diligence and patience and their integrity, honesty, and straight forwardness with no sugar coating they helped us make a decision. They helped us more than they will ever know. Jeremy Francis (the General Manager) put up with all our questions and our indecision and John Thomas always greeted us with a smile and did whatever we wanted. Again, no high pressure! They were there; it seemed, just to be of service to us. And, yes, we did buy the car of our dreams (2011 Ford Fusion SEL which was a newer and more luxurious version of the same car that we had totaled (2006 Ford Fusion SEL). I have already recommended two other people to Toyota West. Thank you Jeremy Francis and John Thomas and keep up the great work! You certainly went above and beyond what we expected. We are already renting a van from Toyota West this next weekend. We will keep on recommending Toyota West and we will come back when we need another vehicle. Thanks Again!!! More

My overall experience was excellent.
